Pseudo Bite

In this project, I explored how biting can be seen as a sign of affection and trust. A very informal and intimate gesture and the contrast of a very formal action of a handshake united in one object.​

This cuff features a gradient of teeth transitioning from wolf to human, symbolizing the intersection of humanity's primal instincts with its intellectual complexity. It explores how the brain balances overly positive emotions by countering them with negative or aggressive impulses, reflecting the duality of our nature.
